Grille 66 has been winning over the hearts of those who appreciate the finest fresh seafood and Prime 28 day aged beef with scrumptious appetizers, Tuna Tartar, Maryland Crabcakes, Maine Lobster Cocktail, Seasonal Raw Bar, Crispy Shrimp & Calamari, Filet Mignon Carpaccio with Arugula, Red Onion, Parmigiana Reggiano & Garlic Aioli, Sesame Crusted Rare Tuna with Julienne Vegetables and Tamari Vinaigrette as well as Florida's legendary Stone Crabs (seasonal).

Fresh crisp salads are large enough to share and include; Sweet Onion, Beefsteak Tomato with gorgonzola and red wine vinaigrette, Hazelnut Crusted Goat Cheese with seasonal greens, tomato carpaccio and white balsamic vinaigrette and the Signature Salad of chopped iceberg with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, apple smoked bacon, spiced pecans tossed in a gorgonzola vinaigrette.

Featured Entrees include a tender selection of beef offering a Barrel Cut Filet Mignon, Porterhouse, New York Strip, or Bone in Rib Eye. Also available are tender Niman Ranch Pork Chops Center Cut marinated in cracked fennel, garlic and olive oil, cherry peppers and roasted potatoes, succulent Fresh Maine Stuffed Lobster, Grilled Atlantic Swordfish with roasted corn, black beans,Applewood Smoked Bacon, pico de gallo and poblano chile crème along with seasonal seafood and fresh fish. Chef Siegel's Creative Award Winning Specials included the delicious Macadamia Nut Crusted Chilean Seabass with sauteed spinach, slivered shallots and citrus mango sauce. Simply put…amazing! Side dishes must be shared and offers a selection of The Baked Potato-sea salted baked potato with Vermont butter, Apple Wood Smoked Bacon and chive sour cream, Broccoli Rabe with garlic and olive oil, Jumbo Asparagus "Hollandaise", Spinach with garlic and olive oil, four cheese Truffle "Mac", Sweet Potato Fries, Sauteed Forest Mushrooms and Double Crème Potato Au Gratin.
